Can I get a proof before ordering? 

We are only able to provide proofs for confirmed orders. Please place your order and request your proof and we will be happy to provide one!

How long will my proof take?
Proofs are typically sent via email within 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday), however the lead time is subject to change due to changing order volume. Our current turnaround times can be found here.

Do you stain/paint the back of the signs?
Both stained and painted signs are treated with their respective finishes on the front and sides. The back is left unfinished.

Do you include hardware to hang my sign?

Most family name signs will typically include an optional sawtooth hanger taped to the back for install. Many customers opt to instead use gorilla or 3M mounting tape for an easier install, and for this reason we do not attach the sawtooth hanger so that you have the option.* Our cutout name signs can be hung multiple ways. You can read more about the various hanging options here.

How many signatures fit on the round guestbook?
Great question! We can't guarantee how many signatures fit on the sign because it depends on how large guests write and how long of a message they leave, but if you have a lot of guests or are concerned with having enough space, we always recommend the large size. You will find lots of signed guestbook examples on our Instagram page. 

What pens should I use for my guestbook?

Oil-based sharpies work well on wood. A few of our favorites can be found here. Customers have also used paint pens & regular sharpies on their signs as well with success. Please note these are simply recommendations. We are not associated with Sharpie in any way. 

What types of easels work best for my wedding signage or guestbook?

Can I cancel/return my order?
All orders enter our production queue upon placement, therefore cancellations are not accepted. Please be sure to check all order details are correct prior to finalizing your order. Additionally please ensure you are aware of our order processing times.

If there is a error on your order or a problem with your product, please let us know so we can rectify the situation as soon as possible! Personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is an error made or the product arrives damaged.
